[Model Legal Name] grants Sarah Felis the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish content featuring images of [Model Name] in any media for advertising or any other lawful purpose. Sarah Felis holds the right to profit from these images via paid subscription sites, sales and/or exhibitions.

In the interest of transparency, any profit made from images will be returned straight into their photography goals, with tech (lenses, lights, etc), props, backdrops & software.

All trade shoots require the photographer to share all final images with the model. At the end of the shoot, Sarah Felis will allow the Model to see images on the back of the camera (if preferred). Sarah Felis will then delete all unusable images and edit the rest. The edited images will then be supplied to the Model via a folder on Google Drive. It is asked of the Model to please inform the photographer if they are unhappy with any images and would like them to be deleted and never shared. To do this, please contact Sarah Felis with each image number and they shall be deleted asap.

With discretion, Sarah Felis allows models to use their content on paid subscription sites with no charge to the model. Please make sure to verify with the photographer which PAID sites the Model plans to publish to. Written permission will be given. This does not include social media. Models are permitted to post content by Sarah Felis on any free site, provided they have been appropriately credited [by Sarah Felis Photos], even a link if you’re feeling generous.

Sarah Felis identifies as an intersectional feminist. Photography is a big part of that. They feel it is important to accurately represent people. One of the ways in which Sarah Felis connects that with their photography is during editing. No editing is done on any skin, except for temporary blemishes the model has discussed with the photographer.

Tips are gratefully accepted but payment is not necessary.
